Life

I graduated from a CS master's program (MAS-CS) last May. I did this program part-time while juggling full-time work, so it's been a joy getting so much time back.

Since last year, I've done a bit of traveling, from Alaska, Canada, Japan, the Philippines, to Portugal. Japan and Portugal were my favorites.

I've started running consistently: shorter runs during the week in my neighborhood and longer runs on Saturdays in Central Park. I'm doing the 9+1 program to enter the NYC Marathon next year.

Work

I joined an AI startup called Firsthand, which runs AI-powered ad experiences for enterprises. I'm enjoying the work and the people here. Recently, I got an early promotion to Senior Software Engineer.

I've always enjoyed tinkering with my dev environment and tooling. nvim was my first love back when we hand-wrote code. Lately, it's been herdr for managing a team of agents. Check out my herdr plugin here.
